Designed an OMMA (Oklahoma Medical Marijuana Agency) compliance strategy that adjusted to a shifting and scaling operational framework as it relates to tagging, waste disposal, legislative translation and updates and other regular duties.
- SOP writing ; Collaborated with the executive team, Director of Operations and grow managers to generate efficient compliance benchmarks, procedures & schedules.
Established a Quality Assurance/Research Development department that increased flower quality and production by 25% in the first 90 days via the routine use of accurate data and powerful analysis, then advanced to become a major system support for the development of the Tissue Culture - Micropropagation department.
